No RETURNS No refunds will be permitted. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraudulent activity or excessive return or exchange request. HER LANE items are eligible for store credit within 7 business days of delivery receipt. FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for exchanges or store credit. EXCHANGES All exchanges are subject to available inventory. Exchange items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Exchanged items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for credit once completed and sent back to the customer. Exchange ITEMS MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 business days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
