All items will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note, business days are Monday-
Friday and excludes weekends and federal holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or
stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any
issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that you file a claim with
the shipping carrier.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier not being able to
deliver your item we are not responsible for new shipping fees. If an item is returned to us, you
will be contacted within 10 business days so that the new shipping fees are collected for
Items for exchange must be sent back in appropriate shipping bags or boxes, as reshipping
items without proper concealing may result in theft of item(s).
Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to an EXCHANGE order. This includes
purchases ordered in error (i.e. customer mistakenly ordered a Medium but wanted a Small).
